Tianna Terry – Individual Coordinated Entry System Manager

Hi, I’m Tianna. I’m the Individual Coordinated Entry System Manager. I began my career in homeless services working with The Los Angeles County Department of Health Services Housing for Health division to provide housing and services to people with complex medical and behavioral health conditions. I am devoted to working through a trauma-informed lens, using the principles of housing first and harm reduction. When away from the office, I can usually be found riding horses or volunteering with local agencies.

Hi, I’m Laura. I’m the North Service Planning Area Coordinated Entry System Administrator. I have been working with Mercy House for five years working with and advocating for unhoused individuals to obtain dignified permanent housing and assist individuals in achieving their personal goals. I also enjoy watching movies and spending quality time with family.

Nancy Nguyen – Central SPA Coordinated Entry System Administrator 

Hello, I’m Nancy (she/her). I’m the Central Service Planning Area Coordinated Entry System Administrator. I graduated with a BA in Sociology, with minors in Applied Psychology and Linguistics. For the past several years, I have worked to provide housing navigation, supportive services, and behavioral health intervention for individuals in need all across Orange County using the Housing First model and harm reduction principles. Currently, I’m also pursuing an MS degree in User Experience as I’m passionate about the intersection between technology & design to contribute and build accessible systems for the community as the world becomes more and more digitized. Outside of work, I love trying new delicious food, playing with cats, and traveling with my partner.

Charly Garcia – South SPA Coordinated Entry System Administrator

Hi, I’m Charly. I’m the South Service Planning Area Coordinated Entry System Administrator. I have a psychology degree with a minor in anthropology and am currently pursuing a master’s degree in social work. I have worked at Friendship Shelter since 2015 in various roles, predominantly in direct client services. I firmly believe in the principles of Housing First and that every individual has a fundamental right to have a place they can call home. I am also a wife and a mother to three amazing girls. In my spare time, I love spending quality time with my family by going to the beach, playing board games, walking our two dogs, and watching TV shows together.
